Prices
The prices shown are payable at the end of each appointment by cash or debit card. Please note that a small fee may be charged for credit card payments although debit/visa payments are free of charges. See cancellation policy below. Standard Consultancy Rates quoted are for appointments booked for Monday to Saturday and opening hours are from 10am to 6pm. Should you wish to discuss a home visit or require corporate training rates, please contact me for a proposal.
Please Note: There can be a waiting list for appointments although there are often gaps for emergencies and last-minute appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. A cancelled appointment delays my work. When you must cancel, please give at least 24 hrs notice. I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours' notice when you cancel, or just fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full fee for your session. The only time I will waive this fee is under exceptional circumstances.
